Further Photos from Epstein Estate Made Public by Democratic US Lawmakers

Site plans for the financier's private tropical island featured within the photographs.

Also contained in this recent image drop appears to be a development blueprint for the Great St James island, situated in the American territory.

Epstein purchased a smaller island - Little St James - back in the late 1990s, but later purchased the larger Great St James in the year 2016 for approximately $22.5 million.

This visual evidence reveal he had formulated plans to transform the 161-acre island by constructing residences, an open-air theater, an office beneath the waves and a reservoir.

You can see the plan is a local waterway, a waterway in the territory, marked on the lower right-hand corner.

The site plan is covered in handwritten red notes and features a legend detailing distinct sections of the property.

Accompanying this are what seem to be an additional nine property layouts and architectural plans, including layouts for boat shelters.

Additional documentation disclosed as part of the continuing oversight process.
